Dr. Ali Buğra Kanburoğlu currently works at Turkcell as a Master Expert AI Technical Product Manager. He has over 10 years of professional experience, having worked in various roles such as Software Engineer, Research Tech Lead, Engineering Manager, AI Product Manager and Technical Consultant across multiple industries.

Previously, he worked at Huawei as a Research Tech Lead and Engineering Manager for recommendation systems. He has extensive experience in the design, development, and delivery of system integration solutions, development of payment modules and features, implementing PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) software solutions, data analytics, machine learning/deep learning, natural language processing, and chatbots.

He received his Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from FMV Işık University with a minor in Computer Science and Engineering. He also completed his Master's degree in Computer Science and Engineering at FMV Işık University with a thesis titled "Graph Clustering Approach to Sentiment Analysis." He holds a Ph.D. degree in Computer Science and Engineering from FMV Işık University with a thesis titled "Large Language Model Based Automated Translation of Natural Language to SQL."

His research interests include Text-to-SQL, Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Deep Learning, Machine Learning, and Recommendation Systems (RecSys).
